4 Things You DON’T Need To Feel Amazing in Your Body

1. You don’t need more recipes. We are flooded with recipes, pinterest boards, cookbooks, and blogs that have amazing ideas to offer. You don’t need anymore. This can add to your overwhelm and procrastination.

2. You don’t need exact meal plans. These are a recipe for failure (like that pun). They set you up to fail because you can’t follow them 100% which is defeating to many.

3. You don’t need to completely eliminate food groups. This is just sustainable and if you have kids, it’s not the message you want to be sending.

4. You don’t need your negative internal voice talking down on you and judging you all the time. THIS will MAKE YOU FAIL. You will prove yourself right every time. The more you trash talk yourself, the more likely you are to fail.
